The username change is possible only once, by the request to support service, or from settings section. Telegram ID can only be reset, not changed, so bear this in mind if your username and telegram username are bonded.

Each customer has the right to unsubscribe from news mails, however please bear in mind that security emails with security codes will remain in place, even after you unsubscribe from news and ads emails.

Service is dedicated to those of legal age customers. Underage customers are strictly not allowed to use the service. Those agreed to Terms and Conditions represent warrant that they are of legal age.

Our main mission is to protect customer’s data from 3rd parties, to keep data in a secure and safe manner, to achieve this goal we implemented strict, modern and highly reliable security standards. On our server, we use various type of encryptions, and high auditing standards to ensure the correct and sufficient protection put in place on our site.

We have the following features installed and implemented on equipment from our side:

• Servers and all information is reliably encrypted
• Backups are encrypted
• Routine usage of firewall and VPNs
• Server accessed through the VPN only
• Cloudflare works with HTTP/s connections
• Port SSH’s are forwarded
• Firewall is always on, and service access allowed over SSH ports
• Critical services are monitored and adequately alerted

Should we become aware of data breach, we will inform the customer in terms of GDPR rules and timeframes in place.

Personal data disclosed on lawful request from authorities of the jurisdiction of our server, and to the contractual 3rd parties to ensure services responsiveness.

Namely, we routinely share customer’s email and username to the Amazon AWS, when a customer sends email to support.
